<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5056 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF THE <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE POSITION TO HUMAN RESOURCE TECHNICIAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Morgan was hired as part-time clerk for the City of Mounds View <br />January 2, 1990. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as Ms. Morgan's responsibilities increased the position of Clerk advanced to <br />the status of part-time Administrative Aide and was reclassified to full time status January 1, <br />1995. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the reorganization of the administration department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after assessing Ms. Morgan's revised position description and current <br />performance level, it has been determined the best organizational structure for the City of <br />Mounds View, can be attainted by a reclassification of Ms. Morgan's position of Administrative <br />Aide to the position of Human Resource Technician; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this reclassification is effective January 1, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, compensation for the reclassified position shall be $2,468.21 which equates <br />to Step 2 of the Proposed 5 Compensation Plan for this position. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby approve the <br />reclassification of the Administrative Aide position to that of Human Resource Technician with <br />the proposed compensation plan at Step 2, effective January I, 1997 and advance through the <br />Step Plan according to City policy. <br /> <br />Adopte~_,tJlis- 9tJ1 day of December <br />-- .... \ <br />c --., <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />ck Whiting <br />
