<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4283 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION COMMENDING JEFF NORMAN FOR <br />CONDUCTING A BICYCLE RODEO FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Norman chose to organize a bicycle rodeo <br />for the children of the community as an Eagle Scout project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff proceeded to plan the rodeo through the <br />cooperation of North Suburban Schwinn; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff planned and distributed flyers to all the <br />area schools and submitted articles to the local newspapers <br />publicizing the bicycle rodeo; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff supervised other Scout members in the <br />operation of the bicycle rodeo and provided safety and <br />educational information to participants of the bicycle rodeo; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff completed the bicycle rodeo project for <br />his Eagle Scout project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE-IT RESOLVED that the City Council of. <br />the City qf Mounds View wishes to thank Jeff Norman for his work <br />organizing a Bicycle Rodeo for the children of the community. <br /> <br />Adopted ~~~~28th day of september" 1992 <br />~/ .~ <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~~~--&--- <br />lerk~Administrator <br />
