<br />& <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 430f <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING RECYCLING GRANT REQUEST TO RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ~amsey County is accepting applications for use of <br />SCORE funds to improve recycling participation by the public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is eligible to apply for a <br />grant to provide administrative and promotional activities <br />intended to improve recycling participation among city residents <br />through education, awareness, and incentives; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View has <br />determined that this is an appropriate use of city resources and <br />increasing recycling participation benefits the public health, <br />safety, and welfare of the community as a whole. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED to approve the application for <br />SCORE funding (attached) and authorize acceptance of any <br />allocated funding. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of November, 1992. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~4 -;: J2;L <br />Mayo .. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
