<br />~/ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4319 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR <br />CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN TAX-FORFEITED PARCELS <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Mounds View City Council has determined that the <br />fOllowing-described tax-forfeited land is required for drainage and <br />ponding purposes: <br /> <br />Except the South 140 feet and except the West 75 feet of Lot <br />14; Also, Except the South 140 feet of Lot 13, Block 1, <br />Spring Lake Park Highlands; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acquisi tion of the above-referenced parcels <br />would be consistent with the City of Mounds View's Surface Water <br />Management Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the proper City <br />officials be and hereby are authorized to make an application for <br />conveyance of said tax-forfeited land for surface water management <br />~ purposes. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator be <br />and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this <br />resolution and application for conveyance of said tax-forfeited <br />land in the office of the Land Commissioner. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of December, 1992. <br /> <br />( SEAL) <br /> <br />~~~ <br />/~ <br />( ~0~~<<2~ <br /> <br />Cler~Kdministrator <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br />
