<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5967 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />APPROVING 2002 TRANSFERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City adopted budgets for various funds for 2002 that included inter-fund <br />transfers for various purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department only purchased one squad car during 2002 rather than <br />the two squad cars budgeted and so the General Fund only spent $63,000 on all vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Sewer Utility Fund didn't purchase a skid-steer loader as budgeted and so <br />spent nothing on vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Community Center operated at a loss during 2002 and so needs a larger <br />transfer than what was originally budgeted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority received state grants during 2002 in <br />reimbursement of moneys spent in 2001 on the Edgewood Regional Pond and so doesn't need <br />transfers from the Tax Increment Financing Districts in 2002; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the T.LF.
