<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5971 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP ADJUSTMENT FOR KASEY <br />KECKEISEN, PATROL OFFICER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KASEY Keckeisen is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working for the City of Mounds View as a full time employee on March 17, 2001, <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KASEY Keckeisen's Supervisor has reviewed his <br />performance as it relates to the responsibilities of Patrol Officer outlined in the job <br />description, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kasey Keckeisen's Supervisor determined that Kasey <br />Keckeisen has satisfactorily performed in the capacity of Patrol Officer; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment from Step Three (80% of top patrol rate) <br />to Step Four (90% of top patrol rate) is consistent with the LELS Labor <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a wage adjustment for Patrol Officer Kasey <br />Keckeisen from Step Three ($3436.34/month) to Step Four ($3865.89/month) <br />effective March 17, 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 24th day of March 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(--- .-. <br />.....
