<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO 5977 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR ADMINISTRATIVE <br />ASSISTANT DESAREE CRANE FOR WORKING IN HIGHER CLASSIFICATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Assistant City Administrator Givonna Reed resigned from her position <br />effective December 31,2002; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to the policy adopted in Resolution 5626, an employee may <br />serve in an interim capacity to meet the needs of the vacant position with the approval of <br />the City Administrator and the City Council; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 5626 establishes that additional compensation may be <br />autt10rized for employees serving in an interim capacity taking on higher classification <br />duties; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Crane's performance has been rated satisfactory or higher by the <br />Interim City Administrator, who recommends Ms. Crane be compensated for the higher <br />classification duties she has assumed in the absence of the Assistant City Administrator. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby authorize additional compensation to Administrative Assistant Desaree Crane at a <br />rate of ten percent (10%) of her base rate of pay retroactive to March 1, 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of April, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST <br /> <br /> <br />: ....... <br />,.. .i l_.f.......-'\.-.,....;._.<._-:\ <br /> <br />, ' <br />(::.--.,<~_L.'
