<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5985 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP INCREASE FOR PETE SZUREK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pete Szurek is a regular full-time employee who began <br />working full-time for the City of Mounds View on May 31,2000; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek is a member of the Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Unit, and as such, is subject to the job classification system as <br />established in the Labor Agreement with the City of Mounds View; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek is currently assigned to a Level B pay scale, <br />which is currently established at $16.34 per hour; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek qualifies for Level C pay scale, which is currently <br />established at $18.92 per hour; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek's work performance has been rated satisfactory or <br />higher by his supervisor; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Szurek's supervisor recommends that the City Council <br />approve a wage adjustment from Level B to Level C. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a step increase for Pete Szurek from Level B <br />($16.34/hr) to Level C ($18.92/hr) effective April 14, 2003. <br /> <br />Presented this 14th Day of April 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />~' <br />'--.
