<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5987 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION HIRING JEFFERY HAYES AS A SANITARY SEWER <br />MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has given direction to <br />hire a Sanitary Sewer Maintenance Employee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the position was advertised and the City received <br />approximately 45 applications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeffery Hayes is qualified for the position and would <br />begin employment with the City on May 5, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hayes will be a member of the Public Works <br />Collective Bargaining Unit, and as such, would be subject to the established job <br />classification system in terms of the pay scale as set forth in the Public Works <br />Labor Agreement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hayes qualifies for Level B pay scale based on the <br />criteria set forth by said Labor Agreement, which is currently established at <br />$16.34 per hour; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hayes would be subject to a twelve month <br />probationary period and all other personnel policies as per the Public Works <br />Labor Agreement and the City's personnel manual. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve hiring Jeffery Hayes as a Sanitary Sewer <br />Maintenance Employee for the City of Mounds View Public Works Department <br />effective May 5, 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of April 2003. . ~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(ATTEST) <br /> <br />.........\ (.~'-...t.
