The Certificate of Survey shall be revised and resubmitted to reflect the correct <br />legal description of the property. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall record the deeds with Ramsey County no later than 60 <br />days beyond City Council approval unless extension is granted by the City <br />Administrator for good or just cause. Failure to record the deeds shall render <br />this subdivision approval null and void. The applicant shall submit proof of <br />recordation to the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />4. Each dwelling unit shall have separate utility services. The applicant shall <br />submit a utility plan to the Public Works Department before requesting <br />permits. <br /> <br />5, Each resulting dwelling unit shall meet existing building codes. <br /> <br />6.
