<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6016 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIE'" <br />COUNTY OF RA:VISEY <br />ST ATE OF :\n~NESOT A <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PER.I\1IT FOR A 1,344 SQUARE- <br />FOOT OVER-SIZED GARAGE AT 7988 EDGE WOOD DRIVE; <br />PLANNING CASE NO. CU03-002 <br /> <br />WHEREAS. property owners Steve and Sandy Eyler have applied for a conditional use <br />penn it to construct a 1,344 square foot detached garage on their property located at 7988 <br />Edgewood Drive, which is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 35, Woodlaw" Terrace <br />Ramsey COllllt)', ltlillllesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mounds View Zoning Code conditionally allows garages in excess of <br />952 square feet in area with a maximum accessory building area not to exceed 1,800 square feet; <br />and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br />regarding this proposal: <br /> <br />a. Development Application <br />b. Zoning Map <br />c. Location Map <br />d. Proposed Site Plan <br />e. Photographic documentation <br />f. Letter from Applicants <br />g. Planning Commission Resolution <br />h. Staff Report <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council finds that the proposal satisfies the <br />dimensional requirements as outlined in Chapters 1104 and 1106 the Zoning Code; and, <br />
