<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6018 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving <br />The Contracts with Lynk System, Inc. for Credit Card Processing <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a need to accept credit cards in the city; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the costs of credit card processing more competitive; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a savings of $750 will occur with Lynk System, Inc.; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby authorize the contract with Lynk System, Inc. for a period of three years, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that City Council authorizes the <br />contract for credit card processing With Lynk System, Inc. <br /> <br />Adopted this 2ih day of May 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />,-.J~ &~ <br /> <br />James Ericson <br />Interim City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
