<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6027 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />ABC Liquor <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of ABC Liquor's Intoxicating Liquor <br />License; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Intoxicating Liquor License approval is subject to a satisfactory <br />fire inspection; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for ABC Liquor (pending a satisfactory <br />fire inspection). <br /> <br />Adopted this 9th day of June, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~ ~,v.- E- ~t)'0-- <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
