<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6036 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert's Sports Bar and Entertainment's Intoxicating Liquor License <br />expires June 30, 2003; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment have been <br />conducted and with the exception of minor issues associated with the Fire Marshal's <br />inspection, the establishment satisfies all requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Robert's Sports Bar and <br />Entertainment's Intoxicating Liquor License. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor License for Robert's Sports Bar and <br />Entertainment through June 30, 2004, subject to satisfaction of pending Fire Marshal <br />orders. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of June, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~JI~tV\; Uw~ <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
