<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6038 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for <br />The Mermaid <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor License expires June 30, 2003; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved by the <br />City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Intoxicating Liquor License approval is pending the receipt of <br />The Mermaid's Insurance Certificate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all necessary inspections for the establishment have been <br />conducted and with the exception of minor issues associated with the Fire Marshal's <br />inspection, the establishment satisfies all requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of The Mermaid's Intoxicating Liquor <br />License. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Intoxicating Liquor License for The Mermaid through June 30, 2004, <br />pending the receipt of their Insurance Certificate and subject to the satisfaction of <br />pending Fire Marshal orders. <br /> <br />Adopted this 23rd day of June, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />0GvVV ~CtA,(1JJIL/ <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
