RESOLUTION 8276 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> Approving a Donation Collection Bin License for USAgain, LLC, to Place a <br /> Donation Collection Bin at Cross of Glory Church located at 5472 Adams Street <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br /> certain types of businesses must apply to the City for licenses; and <br /> WHEREAS, USAgain, LLC, has applied for a Donation Collection Bin <br /> License to place a donation collection bin at Cross of Glory Church located at 5472 <br /> Adams Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, USAgain, LLC, has submitted the proper paperwork and fees; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View Donation Collection Bin Licenses <br /> must be approved by the City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br /> Council does hereby approve a Donation Collection Bin License for USAgain, LLC to <br /> place a donation collection bin at Cross of Glory Church <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br /> shall expire on December 31, 2014. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of July, 2014 <br /> jeco � <br /> oe Flaherty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 1 j GrnAL Com.
