<br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6049 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A COST PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF SPRING LAKE PARK FOR SEAL COATING SPRING <br />LAKE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds Views has $110,000 budgeted in the <br />Pavement Management Fund (Account 100-4470-5140) for Seal Coating to be <br />performed by outside contractors; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Spring Lake Road, from Hillview Road to County Road H2, is <br />currently the only street that would be a candidate for seal coating since it was <br />reconstructed in the late 1990's; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Cost participation Agreement has been drafted by Spring <br />Lake Park legal counsel and reviewed by Mounds View legal counsel and found <br />to be acceptable; and <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, a feasibility report indicated that Mounds View's cost for seal <br />coating the portion of Spring Lake Road Spring Lake Road (from Hillview Road to <br />County Road H2) is estimated to be $12, 550.00, the funds for which would be <br />derived from the Pavement Management Fund (Account 100-4470-5140). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Cost Participation Agreement with the City of Spring Lake Park for <br />seal coating Spring Lake Road Spring Lake Road, from Hillview Road <br />to County Road H2, in the estimated amount of $12,550.00 is hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
