<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6050 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A PATHWAY EASEMENT WITH DALE <br />SIEBRECHT (7310 SILVER LAKE ROAD) FOR THE COUNTY ROAD H2 <br />PATHWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, On August 12, 2002, the City Council approved Resolution <br />5813 authorizing the preparation and acquisition of easements for the County <br />Road H2 Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has identified a third pathway easement that will need to <br />be obtained to allow for the construction of the pathway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's legal counsel developed a pathway easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has estimated the value of the easement, based on <br />Municipal State Aid guidelines for acquiring of right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the estimated value of the easement is $2,066.11. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The City of Mounds View authorizes payment to Mr. Dale Siebrecht in <br />the amount of $2066.11 from the County Road H2 Project Fund, <br />contingent upon recording the pathway easement with Ramsey <br />County. <br /> <br />2.
