<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6052 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING THE ENGINEERING FIRM OF UL TEIG ENGINEERS <br />INCORPORATED TO ASSIST THE CITY IN THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />COST ESTIMATES FOR NOISE ABATEMENT MEASURES (WALLS AND BERMS) <br />ALONG TRUNK HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View desires to have noise abatement <br />provided along Trunk Highway 10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the firm of Ulteig Engineers Incorporated has submitted a <br />proposal to assist the City in developing plans and cost estimates for constructing a <br />berm in Arden Park and a noise wall in the LaPort Drive area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has expressed a desire to determine plans <br />and cost estimates for all areas south of Trunk Highway 10; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the costs would be derived from the City's Special Project <br /> <br />Fund. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby authorize the engineering firm of Ulteig Engineers Inc. to assist the <br />City in the preparation of plans and cost estimates for noise abatement measures (walls <br />and berms) along Trunk Highway 10. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of July 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />c <br />j(' 'I \)'" ,. j 'v <br />,......\/VU.L\ L.'
