<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6053 <br />APPROVING A CONTRACT AWARD TO REPAIR THE GYMNASIUM FLOOR <br />AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 7, 2003 the City submitted a General Property Loss <br />Notice to the City's insurance provider, the League of Minnesota Cities for water <br />damage sustained to gymnasium floor at the Community Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department solicited bids from several <br />companies to repair the gymnasium floor at the Community Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a total of five (5) bids have been received; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the low bidder was Gym Floor Specialists & Consultants <br />Incorporated in the estimated amount of $25,350.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City currently has a ten thousand dollar ($10,000) <br />deductible on property damage.
