RESOLUTION 8283 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT REVIEW AND DEVELOPER'S <br /> AGREEMENT FOR A NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING ON COUNTY ROAD 10, WEST <br /> OF WOODALE DRIVE; MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE DE2014-001 <br /> WHEREAS, Build to Suit, Inc., has submitted a development review to construct <br /> a new 16,692 square foot single story building on vacant property on County Road 10; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the lots in question are zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the subject parcels are legally described as: <br /> Sec 08, Tn 30, Rn 23, Ex N Ft For Co Rd H2 Park Of NW% of NW1/1 of SE % Nely Of L <br /> Par With And 150 Ft Nely From C/ Of Sth 10/62 <br /> And <br /> Part Of SW% Of NW% Of SE % Nely Of L Park With & 150 Ft Nely From CI Of Sth <br /> 10/62 (Subj to Rd & Esmts) in Sec 08, Tn, Rn 23 <br /> PIN's 08-30-23-42-0001 and 08-30-23-42-0012 <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View City Code requires all new <br /> commercial development to be reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council <br /> for consistency with all codes, regulations and requirements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have reviewed the <br /> following documents relative to this request: <br /> 1. Staff Report <br /> 2. Zoning Map <br /> 3. Site Plans <br /> 4. Aerial View <br /> 5. Photographic Documentation <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council has <br /> reviewed the request by Build to Suit, Inc. for a new commercial building for BioLife <br /> Plasma Services and recommends approval subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. All access drives must be approved by the Mounds View Public Works Director. <br />
