<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6057 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A STEP INCREASE FOR MICHAEL SOMMER, <br />MOUNDS VIEW CHIEF OF POLICE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chief of Police Michael Sommer is a regular full-time <br />employee who began working for the City of Mounds View on January 12, 2003; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Sommer's work performance has been rated satisfactory <br />and higher by his supervisor; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Sommer's supervisor recommends that the City Council <br />approve a wage adjustment from Step three to Step four, consistent with the <br />City's personnel policies and with Resolution 5903, adopted December 9, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a step increase for Mike Sommer from Step three <br />($33.40/hr) to Step four ($35.25/hr) effective July 12, 2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th Day of July, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />"J M~ U....u.tin.iJ\./ <br />James Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
