<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 6063 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO CONDUCT EXCLUDED BINGO <br />FOR THE FESTIVAL IN THE PARK OF MOUNDS VIEW ASSOCIATED WITH THE <br />FESTIVAL IN THE PARK ACTIVITIES ON AUGUST 16 & 17,2003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Festival in the Park of Mounds View has applied for an application to <br />conduct excluded Bingo associated with the Festival in the Park on August 16 and 17,2003; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Board requires that the local unit of government <br />(city or county) to approve a resolution specifically approving or denying requests to conduct <br />such activities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Festival in the Park of Mounds View is in compliance with all <br />requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code with regard to gambling regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View to assist with the Festival by <br />approving this request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an application for Festival in the Park of Mounds View to conduct excluded <br />Bingo at the Festival in the Park on August 16 and 17,2003. <br /> <br />Adopted this 14th day of July, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Jim Ericson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
