<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6081 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution 6081 Authorizing Insurance Policies for the Year July 2003 through <br />June 2004 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has made application for insurance policies to <br />cover the period of July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 and received proposed policies <br />from the League of Minnesota Cites Insurance Trust (LMCIT). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br />View authorizes staff to purchase the following insurance policies from the LMCIT for the <br />period of July 2003 through June 2004 and to make payment of premiums as they become <br />due: <br /> <br />Comprehensive Municipal Coverage <br />Open Meeting Law <br />Liquor Liability Coverage <br />Worker's Compensation <br />Total <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th Day of August 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />$133,337 <br />$1,512 <br />$2,940 <br />$65,975 <br />$204,171 <br /> <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich <br />City Administrator <br />
