<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6088 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE COUNTY ROAD <br />SIDEWALK PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6078 adopted by the City <br />Council on August 25, 2003 sealed bids were received and tabulated on <br />September 4, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. for the County Road H Sidewalk Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the low responsive and responsible bid was received <br />from Ti-Zack Concrete Incorporated with a base bid of $149,877.50, an alternate <br />bid of $234,037.10 equaling a sum total of $383,914.60; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the (Base or Total) bid of Ti-Zack Concrete Incorporated in the <br />amount of ($149,877.50 or $383,914.60) for the County Road H <br />Sidewalk Project is the lowest responsive bid. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That a contract to perform said work is awarded to Ti-Zack <br />Concrete Incorporated and that the Mayor and City Administrator <br />are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said <br />bidder. <br /> <br />3. The Public Works Department is authorized and directed to return <br />the deposit made for said bids, except the deposit of the successful <br />bidder, which shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of September 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />".... <br />" <br /> <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
