<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6089 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Approving a Contract for Security Monitoring Services <br />with Electro Watchman, Inc. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, There is a need to renew security monitoring services for The <br />Bridges Golf Course; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the three-year contract with ADT Security Services expires on <br />September 21,2003; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby authorize The Bridges to contract with Electro Watchman, <br />Inc. for the installation of all needed equipment at the Electro Watchman's <br />expense. The monitoring fee will be $109 per month or $1308 annually for the <br />golf facility. The five-year total will be $6540. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that City Council <br />authorizes the Bridges Golf Course to contract with Electro Watchman, Inc. for <br />the period of a five-year contract at the cost of $1308 per year. <br /> <br />Adopted this 8th day of September 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />#~ <br />/~c~~ <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich <br />City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
