The Committee's primasy objective is to provide reereat- <br />ion for Mounds View Youth, however Youth from other arsas <br />will not be excluded <br />2. At some activities the Committee may require an admission <br />charge. <br />3. The Committee will paovide a proper number of chaperones. <br />4. The Park and Playgrounds Committee will purchase and pro- <br />vide equipment for use by Youth Activities Committes. <br />5. No child under 18 years of age will be allowed to smoke <br />while on Village property: <br />6. The Youth Activities Committee (YAC) will submit to the <br />Park and Playground Committee a list of equipment nseds <br />to be used to determine the Park and Playgrounds budget. <br />?his list should be submitted by August 15th each year. <br />7. The Youth Activities Committee wfll sponsor a Youth <br />Club which will elect it�s own Board of Directors. The <br />Board of Direetors will operate according to by-laws <br />approved by the YAC. <br />erg�nization; <br />Seven members on Committee. <br />Chairman appointed by Council. <br />Coirenittee elects othsr Offieers. <br />Seeretary keeps minutes and send reports to Council. <br />
