<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6095 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING KRISTIN PROSOSKI TO THE POSITION <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING ASSOCIATE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, upon direction from the Mounds View City Council, the Planning <br />Associate position was advertised; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, sixty applications were received for the position and twelve applicants <br />were chosen for interview; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Prosoki's skills and experience were determined to most closely <br />match the duties and responsibilities as outlined in the planning associate job description; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Prososki has consented to a drivers license and criminal <br />background check which will be performed as a condition of employment; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Prososki will begin employment on October 21,2003 at Step 1 of <br />the wage scale as adopted herein below: <br /> <br />Ste 1 <br />$35,194.40 <br /> <br />Ste 4 <br />$41,793.35 <br /> <br />Ste 5 <br />$43,993.00 <br /> <br />Ste 2 <br />$37.394.05 <br /> <br />Ste 3 <br />$39,593.70 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />appoints Ms. Kristin Prososki to the position of Planning Associate with employment to <br />commence on October 21, 2003, subject to satisfactory background checks. <br /> <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the City Council approves the salary scale for the <br />planning associate position as indicated herein and the starting salary of $35,194 (Step 1 ) <br />with increases in accordance with City personnel policies subject to City Council <br />authorization. <br /> <br />Adopted this 13th day of October, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />err inke, Mayor <br /> <br />~~,(;:- ;Jl, <br /> <br />KJrt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
