<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6100 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO A ONE-FOOT PARKING AREA SETBACK AT THE <br />RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2508 HILLVIEW ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, property owners Tom and Judy Dreshar have applied for a permit to <br />install a parking pad adjacent to their garage at 2408 Hillview Road; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mounds View City Code allows for parking and driveways with a one- <br />foot setback with the consent of the adjacent property owner; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View is the property owner adjacent to the Dreshars <br />near the proposed parking area; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as the property owner, the City has to provide its consent in order for <br />the parking area to be installed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby consent to the parking area installed one-foot from the property line adjacent to the <br />garage at 2408 Hillview Road. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />g~ <br />~, ~1<e, Mayor <br /> <br />,/ 6LL-1~) --- <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
