That part of the Northeast quarter, Section 7, Township 30, Range 23, described as: Commencing at a point on North line of said Section 7, 1258.50 feet from Northeast corner thereof; thence Southwesterly to a point on East and West quarter Section line 753.50 feet East from center of said Section; thence West on said quarter Section line 107 Peet; thence Northeasterly to a point on said North Section line 107 feet West from the point of beginning; thence to beginning. Parcel 2.
