<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6104 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Authorizing <br />Payment to Mr. Dennis Hammes <br />for property damage <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that Mr. Dennis Hammes has alleged that City snow removal <br />operations damaged his stucco garage at 5511 Quincy Street, in the winter of <br />2002-2003; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the exact cause of the damage can not be determined, but the <br />City was operating snow removal equipment in the vicinity during this time frame; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires a quick resolution to the damage claim filed by <br />Mr. Hammes; and, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br />does hereby authorize a payment of $150 to Mr. Dennis Hammes, for damage to <br />the exterior of his garage at 551 Quincy Street, subject to him signing a waiver and <br />release to the City for any further claims resulting from this occurrence. <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of September 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~~. <br />/ &Z' r;: LJ;L <br /> <br />Kurt Ulrich <br />City Clerk/Administrator <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
