MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COhA1ISSI0N <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Call To Order <br />Special Session <br />July 8, 1976 <br />City Hall <br />The Mounds View Parks F, Recreation Commission <br />met in special session and was called to order <br />by Chairman Peterson at 5:50 p.m. <br />Roll Call Chairman Vern Peterson, Commissioners Barb <br />Haake, Jacque Coplin, Wayne Burmeister, <br />Wayne Weflen, and Gordon Fedor. Also present <br />were Roger Baumgartner, Councilman; Doug Bryant, <br />Director; and Maacia deLaBruere, Program Super- <br />visor. <br />Silver View Motion by Commissioner Haake and seconded by <br />Conceptual Plan Commissioner Weflen to accept the Silver View <br />Community Park conceptual plan as presented <br />at the June 24, 1976, public meeting with the <br />stipulation that the Commission approve any <br />design change. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Update/Capitol Motion by Commissioner Burmeister and seconded <br />Improvements by Commissioner Fedor to recommend the follow- <br />Program ing prioritized list of capitol improvements <br />for 1977 to the City Council. <br />P.11 <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />10. <br />11. <br />12. <br />13. <br />Public restrooms remodeling at City Hall <br />garace and drinking fountain in park. <br />Extension of water/sewer utilities plus <br />underground watering at Greenfield Park. <br />Undergroun3 water at City Hall Park. <br />Rotary mower. <br />Two Tennis Caurts at Greenfield. <br />Oakwood Tot Lot. <br />Lambert Tot Lot. <br />Greenfield bleachers. <br />Oakwood bleachers. <br />Limestone parking lots (Ardan, Greenfield, <br />Woodcrest). <br />Oakwood rink change. <br />Hillview Park shelter building. <br />Groveland Park shelter building. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Adjournment Motion by Chairman Peterson and seconded by <br />Commissioner Fedor to adjourn the meeting. <br />The motion passed unanimously.
