RE:� Winter Warming House Program The following operating procedures and time line will be adhered to for the �� 1977-78 winter skating season: . � ine staii assignments w311 be as follows: The overall warming house supervisor will be Mary; she will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the rink attendants, for conducting weekly staff ineetings, and the es[ablishmen[ of veekly recorde. Bruce will be responsible for establishing the policies and overseeing � the entire operation including maintenance, Lake Region Hockey Association,.�� assist in [he hiring process and work with Mary on the day [o day opera- �� tions. � �. ... Larry, Gary and Chris will be responsible for all rink maintena�ce including brooming, flooding and snow removal. Pat will be responsible €os the coordination of all inneroffice communi- cation including typiug memos, dispersing of information and 2 way radio contact. Jack will work with Mary as rink supervisor as requested to spot check the rink locations.
