FJUD:;iii' OP PIN^e�C�'S. <br />(1) P.n annual stat�s.ant of rec�ipts and disbursements <br />shall bc filed by thz ttunicipal Administrator imraediately <br />after t:�e close of the ca.lendar year and not later than <br />Pebruary 15th and shall be included as part of the annual <br />financial statc.nunt of the tdunicipal Administrator in con- <br />formity suith state la��i. <br />(2) The Co:nmission must present, no later than August lst <br />of each year, an estimate, in such details as the Council <br />shall require, of. its financial needs for the Commission for <br />the en�uinq £iscal year. <br />(3) Ti1e Clerk-Treasurer_ shall make o�ritten budget dis- <br />burser�nt reports to the Comirission at nonthly intervals. � <br />For purposes o£ budgetin9, accountin9, and reporting, the � <br />fiscal year o= the Conunission anc, the fund sha11 be January lst <br />to Decen!Uer 31st of each year. An audit of the funds shall <br />be raade annually. POl�GRS F1ND DUTIES. In order to carry on the <br />recreation prograia provided herein, che Commission shall: <br />(1) A3vise thc Council on employing necessary personnel <br />and fix their corupensation, but such emyloyment and eompensa-� <br />tion shall not be an obligation of the P1unicipality until � <br />approved by the Council. � <br />(2) 4Jith the consent of the Council, have the authority <br />to operate a program of public recreation and playgrounds <br />upon property which is owned or otherwise made available to <br />
