Page 3- Joint Powers (Mounds View City - Edgewood Jr. Nigh) <br />2. Easement for egress and inaress. School District hereby grants to the <br />City, its agenis and employees, and participants in its recreational <br />activities, programs or events an easement for egress and ingress to <br />said Outside Facilities so long as this Agreement is in effect. <br />3. Indamnification. <br />a. School District's indemnification of City. The School District <br />hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harniless the City against any <br />and all claims for damages, of whatever nature, arisin9 from or in <br />consequerce of the duties it has assumed hereunder and also <br />arising from or in consequence of its operation, supervision, <br />control or conducting of any of its recreational activities, <br />programs or events or related activities utilizing said Outside <br />Facilities. <br />b. City's Indemnification of School Cistrict. City hereby agrees to <br />indemnify and hold harmless the School District against any <br />and all claims for damages of whatever nature, arising from or <br />in consequence of the duties it has assumed hereunder and also <br />arising from or in consequence of its operation, supervision, control <br />or conducting of its recreational activities, programs or events <br />or related activities utilizing said Outside Facilities. <br />c. Nature and Extent of Indemnification. The indemnificatibn set <br />forth in the previous two subparagraphs of this Paregraph 3 shall <br />protect the indemnitee and its successors, from and against any <br />and all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs, damages and <br />expenses, inctuding reasonab7e attorney� fees which it may pay, <br />sustain or incur. <br />
