Each of the Parka aad Recreation Direc[oca s[a[ed that [hey have an informal policy that [hey will not replace a priva[e fence because of [he preceden[ tha[ St would se[. They did s[ate that they would attemp[ to elimina[e the problem at hand to preven[ further occurrences by an alterna[ive means.
