Mo�mds View's financial co�i[t�n[ [o [he project in 1979, 1980 <br />and 1961 ro[aling $36,000. Of the $36,000, $25,G00 is anticipated <br />to be paid thmugh a State grant for [ennis cour[s in 1979. <br />2. Review in general what facili[ies are being proposed. The Park <br />Co�i.saion has already previouely approved the plan at [he March <br />Co�l.ssion meeting. <br />3. On page 4, Ik4 use of fac311tiea, please read this carefully as <br />[hSS wlll be a major change in existing policy. Baslcally i[ <br />ata[ea [hat the City will be responeible for coordlna[ing the use <br />of [he outdoor facili[iea st [he School Matrict facilities. <br />The at[ached agreemen[ has been appxoved by [he School Board and they are <br />presently awalting City Co�mcil approval before wns[suction can co�ence. <br />We are presen[ly planning on preparing a staff report for [he City Council <br />mee[ing on Monday, June 5 and pasaing it on to the School Board for approval <br />on 7�me 12. <br />Once the final approval hae been gran[ed we will begin conetruc[ion i�dia[ely. <br />
