They become less inter- <br />^�ted in `Yree play" and more <br />.rterested in testing their <br />strength and endurance. Around <br />this age an obstacle course be- <br />comes very popular. Skills in- <br />troduced during physical educa- <br />tion class are praciiced at <br />recess, and the kids have con- <br />tests to see who can perform <br />best. <br />The Schoolyard BigToysm <br />Obsmcle Course is not just a <br />kid sized version of a milimry <br />hainin6 S�ound. It is a serics <br />of events uniquely designed to <br />challenge the emerging abilities <br />of children in the four[h <br />throuoh the sixth grade.
