The major stumbling block we have had with this project � <br />is the re-location of the existing shelter building. <br />Our time line now calls for the building to be moved <br />4/30/78. <br />b. The equipment has all been orderod and is ready for <br />installation. <br />c. This project is slated for completion by 10/13/78. <br />4. Pinewoad Ballfields <br />a. The three fields have all been staked out and measured <br />in preparation of the initial cost. <br />b. One field was "skinned" on 9/27/78 with the remaining <br />two fields scheduled to be completed by 10/3/78. <br />c. The material from Pinewood will be used as top soil £or <br />the Hillview Park skating area which will be graded on <br />9/29/78. <br />5. Greenfield Hockey Rink <br />a. Staff has completed the preparation of specifications <br />for one hockey rink and lighting system for the City <br />Council's approval on 10/10/78. <br />b. This project will be commencing 10/23/78 and will be <br />ready for the 1978-79 skating season. �-��- <br />c. There is some questions concerning the development of -���� <br />Northcrest Park which would mean this project could be <br />detained until 1979. StaFf will explain further at <br />the meeting. <br />
