-Z- <br />I.B.A. - I am presently serving on both the I.B.A. (Irondale <br />Basc�ball Association) and I.B.A.JJr. Mustang Board of Directors <br />for the 1978-79 season. In addition Mary is serving as a liaison <br />to the Mounds View A.A.U. Swimming Club's Board of Directors. <br />This is the first year that the local municipal recreation depart- <br />ments have served on the Boards of local athletic associations and <br />we feel it is a positive step forward. <br />Mary Elected - Program Supervisor Kvalheim was recently elected <br />to serve a two year term to the M.R.P.A. Board of Directors. Mary's <br />position will be that of a Member at Large for the Eastern Section. <br />This is a great honor and we're pleased and proud to have Maxy as <br />part of our team. <br />Council Budget Hearing -�The City Council has set a public budget <br />meeting or a interested citizens on Monday, October 2, 1978. <br />I would urge you to attend if possible to help get a better under- <br />standing of the entire City budget process. <br />
