�� <br />Should it be approved, staff recor.�mends minimally the following <br />requirements and agreements with the Association: <br />1. At any point in time, the operation can be halted <br />if staff recognizes problems. <br />2. The area be graded with protection of the earthen <br />mound. A double bale perimeter be installed by the <br />catch basin. <br />3. The area be fenced to keep unathorized people, i.e., <br />children, out. <br />4. That the solid material be removed and the property <br />be regraded so as not to cause a drainage problem to the <br />surrounding properties. <br />5. In the event that solids enter our storm drainaqe <br />system, staff further recommends the Association post <br />an escrow amount which would cover the aost of cleaning <br />the system from that point. <br />6. That the Association would bear full responsibility and <br />liability £or the project. <br />7. Written approval from Rice Creek Water Shed District, <br />Department of Natural Resources and the Polution Con- <br />tral Agency shall be submitted to the City prior to <br />the beginning of the operation. <br />SAR/sa <br />Enclosuxe: Maps and letter <br />
