The reasons for this is:
1. Increased area to work with (16.5 acres as compared
to two.)
2. No adjacent homeowners to contend with.
3. Natural holding pond area already in existance.
4. Drainage could be handled much more efficiently at
Silver View.
5. The project could all be accomplished at one time.
6. Silver View site will be able to accommodate the silt
until it is moved in the spring.
Staff outlined three stigulations from Mr. Foster in our coxre-
spondence dated October 13, 1998, the three were:
1. A feasibility report from Roto-rooter as to whether the
project could be accomplished.
2. A report on the proposed cost of the project.
3. Permission be secured from the affected property owners
on where the hose will be stretched.
. At this point, Mr. Foster has not had an opportunity to secure
' the property owners permission or prepared a cost feasibility study.
