In order�to achieve these goals, objectives should. <br />be listed which state the method of reaching a goal. Inventosy existing public and private facilities that are <br />presently offering or could offer recreation'services. � <br />2. Analyae the existing level and type of recreation services <br />oEfered. � <br />3. Develop programs that maicimize the use o£ the £acilities based <br />on the analysis. . � <br />Policy statements should also be listed in the plan.
