In addition to falling short of <br />the C9ty's minimum requirerents, approxirwtely 1/4 of the proposed <br />property was unbuildable. <br />Fullowing the City's review rre drafted the letter to t1r. Cremers <br />dated January 15, 1919 autlining the City's displeasi^p with the <br />submitted proposal. <br />It shoutd be noted that I have not spoken with I�ir. Cremers since the final <br />proposal from �evelop�rent Concepts was fonvarded as he has been in Hawaii. <br />I do not Snvision the existing differences of opinion as unsurrt�ountable <br />by any rieans and I can assure you that the City is more than willing to <br />negotiate on this issue. <br />Feel free to gfve rre a call at 784-3055 if I can offer further clarification <br />or be of assistance in any way. <br />I look forxard io hear7�.,, from you in regards to this issue in the near future. <br />Si ncerely, <br />Bruce K.
