Mderson, Director <br />DATE: March 20, 1979 <br />RE: hbnthly Update, March, 1979 <br />The purpose of this report is to keep the Pzrks and Recreatton Comnlsslon <br />inforimd on current issues within the Parks, Recreatlon and Forestry <br />Department that do not need official Commfsslon actton. <br />Clerk-typist - Kim Johnson, a junior at Irondale Nigh School �o7ned our steff <br />effective February 26, 1919. Kim will be assi;ting Pat our department secretery <br />with all routine clerfcal functions including xeroxing, light typing, telephonee <br />and filing. <br />Her salary of $2.90/hour is paid for out of the C.E.T.A. progrem. <br />City Administrator applications - ihe City Cound 1 has reduced the fl nel <br />app cants own to ten. t e ten flnelists, 7 are locel and 3 are out of <br />state.
