Reservations of Board s}�onsered programs will be processed flrst, speclfically re- � <br />garding games and tournamen[s. A1l other reQuests for avaliable tlme from qualif- ' <br />ing civie indlviduals, groups and organlzatfons wlll be arocessed on a first-cane, <br />�f(rst-serve basls. � <br />2. No permits for usage wfll be autMrtzed Eefore April ISth or after November 15th. <br />3. Ra:es and charges for use shail be according to the scheduie heretn. Service fees <br />will be assessed for non-ccheduled matntenance. <br />4. Appltcants <br />for permit reservaUons wfll follow estaSlished procedures and w111 be aecepted� ,, <br />whsn fields are available, up to twerty-four (24) hours before the scheduied prac- <br />tice. It's first-cane, firsc-s_rve, aith less than twenty-four (24) hours before <br />desired use on non-schedulad facillties. . <br />If permits are to be mailed-aut to uscrs, reservattons must be made at least forty- , <br />ei9ht (46) hours in advance. Otherwis�, if reservations are made up to twanty-four:. <br />(24) Murs before the event, perr,ilts can be picked-up ac the office. <br />Only two (2) reservattcns may be altowed, scheduled for use, aC one time pe� Indlvidunl, �i <br />group or organizatton. After one (1) reservation fs used, another may be rcqucsteA. <br />These reserva[ions may be at the convenienca of the user If ftelds are avallabte. <br />Practices on weekdays are stheduled for one ar.d one-half (1�) hour blocks of tlme, ;' <br />6:00 P,M. to 7:j0 P.M., and 7�30 P.M. to 9�00 P.M. Wcekends are open. If a user <br />recetves a permlt for a WeekEey from 6:00 P.M, to 7:30 P.M., and no one shows up -�_ <br />to use the facllity at 7:j0 P.M., the user can contlnue to practice. <br />Permlts are valid only on datas and hours Iisted.
