A71 requests for the use of softball and baseball fietds located at FicKnight <br />Fietd will be scheduled by the Recreation Department. <br />a. All city sponsored adult softbalt leagues will be scheduled by the <br />Recreation Department. <br />b. Locally sponsored teams who request to use the field(s) for a season <br />must: <br />1) Su6mit a copy of the scheduled games for the season <br />2) Subm9t a request for scheduled practice time - permits will be issued <br />3) Additional practice time and games which must be rescheduled <br />must be scheduled through the Recreation Department. <br />� c. Soonsors, coaches and/or team mer,ibers wili not be aitowed to give permission <br />for other groups to use the fields. Those requests should be directed to <br />the Recreation Department for consideration. <br />2. Requests for use of the softball or baseball field(s) for tournaments or <br />outside league play must be submitted twenty (20) days in advance through <br />the Recreation Department. <br />To sell beer the applicant must contact the Police Chief at least <br />'"',�� forty-five (A5) days prior to the scheduted date of usa9e to get detaits on <br />� � the necessary licenses. <br />4 To hold a raffle the applicant must contact the Police Chief at least <br />forty-f5ve (45) days prior to the scheduled date of.usage ta get details on <br />/ the necessary licenses. <br />5. Outfield fences wilt not be installed on ar4y portior of McKnight Fie7d. <br />�� .� 6. Concessions may be sold with special permission 9iven by the Recreation Dept. <br />T. Concession and/or beer vehicles can not be left at the site overnight. <br />Vebicles can only be parked in the parking lot. area. NO vehicte Ss allowed <br />to be parked or driven on the field area. <br />8. If a tent or tent like structure is to be set up - the location wi71 be <br />designated by the Park Superintendent. <br />9. A)1 charges, fees and damage deposits must be paid for five (5) days prior <br />to the scheduled date of usa9e. <br />10. HOURS: A17 games must be scheduted during the followSng hours. <br />Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />Sunday 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. <br />��' 11. Damage Deposit: A 550.00 damage deposit will be required by all groups <br />in addition to the rentat fees. Groups renting the <br />fadiity are responsible ta make sure a11 trash 1s put <br />in the trash receptacles for pick-up. Ftelds and the park <br />aree must be left in good eondition.
