We try to avoid <br />reserving hockey rinks an a permit basis. <br />2. Team practices on ballfields. <br />Each team may have no more than 2 fie7d reservations on the books for any � <br />7-day period. Our league games are scheduled and the fields are reserved <br />for a whole season at once. <br />Yes and No - Priority list for reserving facilities. <br />lst priority - Our programs <br />2nd priority - School system's programs <br />3rd pr5ority - Youth Athletic Association <br />4th priorlty - opened up to everyone (But, as you can see, it's <br />pretty well filled by the time we open up the <br />facilities to everyone.) <br />Anyone who actually signs a permit must be a resident, but we don't have <br />any requirement that everyone in the group must be a resident. <br />3. Typically> no. Only in the case of an extraordinary direct cost (i.e. <br />skating party after normal hours, we would have to charge the group for <br />the cost of paying a rink attendant.) <br />4. No. We don't have the-��nd ef facilities conducive to tournaments. So, � <br />we don't face the problem. �.. <br />5. At the time of permit issuance we require a$5 refundable key deposit. <br />6. Beer permit - E25 refundable deposit just for drinkin beer on park , <br />facilities (groups are not allowed to sell beer. <br />And, only civic groups and community organizations are allowed to have beer � <br />on city park grounds. These groups must have a permit. � <br />7. Part of our policy states - the facil5ty must be in the same condition when <br />you leave it as it was when you found it.
