Present Ordinance Sections 75-201 and 15-202 are repealed in their entirety. • Section 2. Section 15-201 and Section 75-202, Robbinsdate Code of Ordinances, shall hereafter be as foliows: Se[tion IS-201 Subd. 1. Definitions. For the purposes of this ordinance the following de- finitions shall apply: A. Parks - any arez x�her:ver located which i� reserved, desianated or used for active or passiv> recreation and which is o�•med, operated or �ontrotled by the City or rrhich is located within the City but owned, operated or cuntrolled by another goverinnental unit. B. Person - any individual, firni, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind. C. "Intoricating Liquor" - any distilled, fcrmented or vinous beverage eontaSning more than three and two-tenths percent of alcohot by weight. D.
