For example, for the softball season - Prior to the start of the season, teams can only practice on the night they are scheduled (i.e. if you are in a Tuesday night league, you practice on Tuesday nights). Each team can practice 1 hour 20 minutes on their scheduled night, so we can get in two teams a ni9ht, per each field. Once the season starts there are no fields available for practice (M-F). You can reserve a park sh�l�er ar: any time. No time limits on how long a group can have the shelter (i.e. a family picnic all day from noon-10 p.m. Ss okay.) Park shelter - no residency requirement for reservations. Athletic fields - no outside teams can reserve fields. I just have too many of my own teams using the fields. 3. We used to rent out our facilities to outsiders but due to problems with damage to equipment and problems with clean up we are very io cky aDout who we allow to have tournaments. We no longer a11ow outsiders to have tournaments on our athletic fSelds. Our policy is to allow the state tournament and to a11ow any civic organiza- tion from within the city to have a tournament.
